  On October 24, 2019, Wind River Septic Services (a.k.a. "Drummac") did visit our house in rural Vermont to clean ("pump out") our septic tank. The technician arrived promptly, as scheduled, announced his intentions, requested the underground location of the portal and began digging. The distance to the road is eighty feet so I offered that he could drive on the lawn; he declined, saying he'd rather protect the turf. He went about the work, promising to be efficient, and was finished with the work and restoration of the whole in 30 minutes. He was courteous, industrious and candid with my inquiries.
  I will request that Wind River return for our next service call and I commend the Company for securing the services of such a fine employee.

The guy mistakenly stepped on a few perennials which had been cut for the season, when we asked him not to step there he immediately stepped elsewhere and apologized.
